You have successfully created your first job post and the next step is to share it to start receiving applications.
After you create your job, it will be set automatically to "Active". If you wish to unpublish your job post, simple switch the toggle button to the left.
Knock-out Questions (Requirements)
To add knock-out questions, click "Requirements" and start writing short questions that will help you filter candidates that do not meet essential requirements for the role, such as work permissions, certificates, language fluency, etc. When creating a Job Requirement, you must select a desirable answer to the question Yes/No.
With Atomic Hire, you can easily share your new job post on the main job boards available like LinkedIn and Google Jobs. With a few clicks, you can also share the open position on your social media channels.
